Terms & Conditions

- Minimum order amount is 300 kr
- Payment terms: 30 days net

We usually deliver within 2-4 days.
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. If the delivery time for your order exceeds 1 week we will contact you. Invoicing takes place after the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and increase an order amount if the minimum order volume has not been reached. Items which are sold out will be removed from your order.

Prices
Prices are quoted in SEK excluding VAT. Prices given are packet prices excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.

Changing an order
You may make changes to your order free of charge. Any price differences and shipping costs will be adjusted. When you change an order, the item price charged will be the price quoted at the time of change. Note that an order which has entered the dispatch process cannot be changed.

Cancelling an order
You may cancel any order provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. The dispatch process starts in most cases when an invoice and shipping documents are drawn up. Cancellations may not be made after this time. As the customer, you are obliged to accept the delivery of any order not cancelled before we start the dispatch process. Cancellations of any item which we do not keep in stock and which we have specially purchased on your behalf from our supplier may not be made after we have ordered the item from our supplier. To cancel an order please contact us via e-mail at: popomax@popomax.se or call 08-755 87 27 and give us your order number. A cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from us.

Returns 
It is possible to return items in unopened packaging within 2 weeks of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Please contact us on: 08-755 87 27, giving your order number before a return is made.

Transport 
Transportation by DHL. Freight cost will be added due to weight. Popomax are responsible in the event any item is damaged or lost in transit from Popomax to the customer. As the customer, you are responsible if any item is damaged or lost in trasit if you return it to Popomax. If you receive a parcel and see that the contents have been damaged in transit, please notify your post office or DHL representative at once. In the event that they do not take responsibility for the damaged parcel, please contact us.

Force Majeure
Popomax shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of war, natural catastrophe, disputes on the labour market, government restrictions, non-delivery from suppliers and any comparable event beyond our control which cannot be considered reasonably predictable, and which affect the entered agreement as well as our commitments.

Other
Prices and conditions are subject to alteration without notice. It is important that you take note of our current prices before placing an order. The price that you will be charged and conditions which are valid are those quoted on the day the order is placed. We make reservations against obviously innaccurate information and for items that are out of stock.
